ZPM Properties primarily focuses on cost transparency, high quality service delivery as well as client or resident inclusion in decision making. Priding ourselves in delivering fast responses to all developer and resident enquiries. Adopting this approach allows us to further rely on previous experiences in dealing with various property management policies, requirements and cost management and tailor them to each specific property. As ZPM Property aims to serve a select property portfolio our services always ensure the highest standard is available to our residents.

LPA & Fixed Charge Receiver's
We work closely with LPA and First Charge receivers appointed under section 109 or a fixed charge for any property, in need of block management services. These include any property currently undergoing receivership already managed or in need of a tailored block management service. We appreciate all properties are different and lend a unique and specific service as required by both the receiver and current occupants.
